Take a step out of your busy life for your wellbeing - you deserve time for yourself in the beautiful relaxation area of the LOFT Spa. Intrigued by the art of mindfulness and meditation? but perhaps never known where to start? or know you really should do more when it comes to caring for your own mental wellbeing?

This is the perfect introduction... giving you the skills to continue on your own, or return to regular sessions to relax and unwind. 

 So, sit back and relax next to the log burner with a warm drink and spend some time with Susan Harding, an experienced mindfulness and meditation teacher, offering some positive mindfulness techniques, learning the importance of nurturing yourself and a guided meditation to help you integrate the methods into your daily life, for the good of yourself and others around you. 

Presented in a relaxed, fun and informative way, the 90 minute session is a chance for you to get the most out of your daily life. 

£25pp (very limited numbers in a small lovely group)
